This is a starter privacy policy for The Sports Nus website. It will be reviewed by counsel before any paid products or user accounts launch.
What we collect
- Newsletter signup: your name and email address, only if you choose to subscribe. Used solely to send the newsletter.
- Contact form: your name, email and message, used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Basic analytics: we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are popular. No cross-site tracking, no sale of data.
YouTube uploads
The Sports Nus uses an internal upload tool that connects to YouTube through Google's services, authorized by the channel owner's own Google account, to upload videos to our own YouTube channel (@thesportsnus) and manage those uploads. The tool accesses only our own channel. It does not collect, store, share or sell personal information about YouTube viewers or any other channels or users. The authorization is stored securely on our own system, is used solely to publish our own videos, and can be revoked at any time from the Google account's third-party access settings.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your email with third parties except the email service provider used to send the newsletter.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Betting content is intended for readers of legal betting age.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies: whatever our hosting and analytics require to function. No advertising cookies are set by us directly. Affiliate partners may set their own cookies when you click through to their sites, governed by their own policies.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in every email and you can ask us to delete your contact information by emailing hello@thesportsnus.com.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and note the change on the site.
