Role
Toppin is Indiana's bench energy big. He averaged 11.6 points and 4.4 rebounds last season in just 24 games, per-minute production that pops. His athleticism and transition finishing make the second unit fun; his extension candidacy makes this season important.
How he got here
New York drafted Toppin eighth overall in 2020 out of Dayton. Indiana acquired him in 2023, and he is extension-eligible in the Pacers' rotation.
