The Brewers lead the Rays 2-0 in the World Series, and Game 3 is Monday night at Tropicana Field at 8pm ET. Tampa Bay turns to former Milwaukee ace Freddy Peralta, who faces Brewers starter Robert Gasser with the Rays' season on the line.

Milwaukee took Game 2 5-4 on Saturday night at American Family Field after falling behind 4-0 in the first inning. Sal Frelick tied the game with a sixth-inning home run, and Cooper Pratt singled home the winner in the seventh. Tampa Bay stranded the tying run at third base in the ninth inning for the second straight game.

The Brewers bullpen did the heavy lifting in Game 2. Logan Henderson lasted only three innings, and six Milwaukee relievers combined for six scoreless innings to close it out. Game 1 was a 3-2 Milwaukee win, also finished with the Rays' tying run stranded at third.

Peralta is the story of Game 3. The former Brewer ace starts for Tampa Bay against his old team, carrying a 2-0 postseason record and a 1.08 ERA into the biggest start of the Rays' season. Milwaukee counters with Gasser, and the Brewers need only one win in Tampa to bring the series back home with a chance to close it out.

Only 10 teams have ever come back from a 2-0 deficit to win the World Series, the last being the New York Yankees in 1996. The Rays have been shut out over the final eight innings in both games after scoring early, and they have to solve Milwaukee's bullpen to start a comeback.
