Role
Jones runs the second unit as Chicago's backup point guard. He averaged 14.1 points and 5.4 assists last season on 55 percent shooting, elite efficiency for a reserve guard. His job is simple: keep the offense organized when Giddey sits and push the pace.
How he got here
San Antonio drafted Jones 41st overall in 2020 out of Duke. He is in his sixth NBA season, now leading Chicago's second unit.
