Role
Smith backs up both big spots as Chicago's first frontcourt reserve. He put up 10.2 points and 6.7 rebounds a night last season while hitting 37 percent from three, real stretch-big production. His energy and floor-spacing make him an easy fit next to any lineup.
How he got here
Phoenix drafted Smith 10th overall in 2020 out of Maryland. He is in his sixth NBA season and a key piece of Chicago's bench.
The Sports Nus coverage
